Job description
BAE Systems is seeking a Governance Business Intelligence Analyst to support quality process engineering and analysis at BAE Systems. As a key member of our team, you'll work across the Sector to identify and evaluate risks, develop strategies for risk visibility, and lead initiatives to improve data integrity and highlight actionable insights.
Task can include:

Identify and evaluate risks impacting Quality or ES Sector Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through data analysis

Develop and implement strategies for risk visibility through dashboards and regular reporting to senior management

Lead initiatives to ensure data from multi-disciplinary company data sources on servers or data models are available for presentation needs, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights

Build basic ad-hoc Power BI reports and dashboards that connect to data sources to support metrics changes

Update systems level process documentation to reflect outputs of process improvement activities

Lead continuous improvement project to streamline, transform or mistake proof existing systems and processes

Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma, or similar to drive sustainable improvements.
Duties can include the preparation of Quality Management presentation reports which encompass the collection of data and supporting information that results in a detailed analysis. Work collaboratively with other functions to solve business problems and/or to improve business processes. Additional duties include QMS process tools maintenance that support the execution and compliance to the QMS, as well as other duties as required.
In this position you will be partnered and work with Quality, Operations and Engineering at various levels of the organization to support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree and 4-6 years of experience or 8-10 years of experience in lieu of degree

Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Products

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
