Job description

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Technical Analyst with deep expertise in the latest version of PeopleSoft HCM, specifically within the Benefits module. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and supporting PeopleSoft solutions, with a strong focus on benefits administration and complex HR system integrations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within PeopleSoft HCM (latest version), with primary focus on the Benefits module
  • Develop and customize PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces
  • Lead and execute unit testing, system testing, and integration testing for enhancements and system changes
  • Design and maintain interfaces and integrations with third-party systems (benefits providers, payroll, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Partner with functional HR/Benefits teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and optimization initiatives
  • Document technical designs, integrations, and testing results

Support and enhance functionality related to:

  • Open Enrollment
  • Intercompany processing
  • Multi-job employee configurations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Strong expertise in the Benefits module within the latest PeopleSoft release
  • Hands-on experience with Integration Broker/web services
  • Strong background in testing (unit, system, integration)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Proven programming experience with:

  • PeopleCode
  • Application Engine
  • SQR
  • SQL

Experience supporting:

  • Open Enrollment processing
  • Intercompany integrations
  • Multi-job employee functionality

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
