Systems Engineer - MBSE / Systems Integration

We are hiring a Systems Engineer in Pittsfield, MA to support the Regional Strike Program focused on advanced defense systems integration, verification, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This role requires experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes, requirements management, MBSE tools, hardware/software integration, system validation, Agile engineering, and cross-functional technical collaboration supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense technologies., * Support system test and integration activities, including hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing

• Assist with requirements engineering, including documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
• Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities such as system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
• Support hardware systems engineering, including design integration, troubleshooting, and system-level analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across systems, hardware, software, and test disciplines
• Apply systems engineering principles, technical standards, and development processes to support program objectives
• Participate in Agile engineering environments where applicable

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) field
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
• 2+ years of systems engineering or related experience
• Technical Skills:

• Systems engineering concepts, principles, and technical standards
• Requirements management tools
• System modeling tools / MBSE environments

• Experience working in Agile development environments preferred
