Job description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Architect with strong expertise in PNC domain knowledge and Guidewire integration experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable cloud-based data architecture solutions on AWS while supporting enterprise insurance and financial systems integrations., * Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions on AWS Cloud.

  • Develop and manage enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and architects to define data strategies and roadmaps.
  • Integrate Guidewire applications with AWS-based data platforms and downstream systems.
  • Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization across cloud environments.
  • Build and optimize real-time and batch data processing frameworks.
  • Support migration of legacy systems to AWS cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for cloud-native data solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Athena, RDS, and IAM.
  • Expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Experience working with Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
  • Strong understanding of PNC/Insurance domain processes and data flows.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * AWS Certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud analytics platforms is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects
