Oracle DBA (Onsite, Nashua, NH area) W2 Only

• 12+ years of IT experience with progressive leadership responsibilities in database administration
• Expertise in Oracle RAC, Exadata, and ZFS storage systems
• Strong background in backup and recovery strategies, including RMAN, Snap, Clones, and third-party tools like Commvault or NetApp
• Proven experience supporting Oracle databases in both on-premise (RAC and Non-RAC) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, shell scripting, and automation of operational tasks
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, high-availability database projects in demanding environments
• Effective collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and evolving business needs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Cloud infrastructure deployment and management (AWS EC2, RDS, Azure)
• Experience with data migration and troubleshooting complex database issues
• Knowledge of distributed databases in enterprise settings
• Familiarity with Data Pump, Data Guard, and other Oracle utilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of comprehensive Oracle Systems DBA experience focused on infrastructure, backup, and recovery (not performance tuning)
• Prior roles supporting enterprise, cloud-based, and engineered systems environments
