Digital Delivery Manager

This role is focused on ensuring Day-1 operational readiness, acting as the central point of coordination across business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery momentum, managing dependencies, and ensuring the business is fully aligned and confident ahead of go-live.

The Role

• Lead delivery of the Information strand, ensuring everything is on track for Day-1
• Own and manage an integrated delivery plan with clear milestones and dependencies
• Coordinate across multiple areas (Comms, Intranet, IT, EUC, Business teams)
• Keep delivery moving - removing blockers and maintaining momentum
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, with clear escalation where needed
• Report into programme leadership with clear, honest updates on delivery confidence

• Strong Digital Delivery Manager background within Central Government/GDS environments
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and drive decisions
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies across complex programmes
• Solid RAID management and governance capability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous delivery environments
• Good awareness of SharePoint/Teams/data migration challenges (no deep technical background required)
