Job description
- Build automations and controls that make identity lifecycle management repeatable at scale.
- Coordinate migrations across platforms including GitLab, Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support IAM initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Understand identity lifecycle management end to end, including how access is requested, approved, provisioned, governed, and revoked.
- Think through the downstream consequences of identity changes before implementation.
- Communicate clearly, surface issues early, and drive decisions without creating friction.
- Fully document strategy and detailed requirements.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM programs from strategy through production.
Technical Skills: Practical experience with Okta, including Workflows, directory configuration, and MFA policy is required. Must be comfortable working across platforms including GitLab, Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira as a workflow and approval system is a strong plus.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $75.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
