Job description

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to support the Tiger platform and CDS initiatives. The role will focus on onboarding SpreadOption functionality for the Gas desk and addressing enterprise mandate items and vulnerability remediation for CDS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, WinForms, and SQL Server, and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and performant Windows desktop applications., + Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C# and WinForms.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Enhance existing applications by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in C#, WinForms, and Windows desktop application development.

  • Strong SQL Server skills including queries, stored procedures, and schema design.

  • Ability to analyze requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

  • Experience supporting production systems with effective troubleshooting. Preferred Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python.

  • Experience with scripting, automation, or backend development.
