Job description
To support the ministry's administrative and operational functions by maintaining accurate and organized data related to interments, plots, and family records across multiple cemetery locations., * Accurately enter, update, and maintain cemetery records and interment data in the organization's management systems.
- Audit and reconcile existing digital and paper records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Assist with mapping projects by helping to connect burial and crypt data with digital or GIS-based cemetery maps.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Archdiocesan data privacy and recordkeeping standards.
- Collaborate with other administrative and operations team members to improve data quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's or bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a faith-based, nonprofit, or service-oriented environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with database and cemetery management software is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Discretion and respect for confidential information.
- A demonstrated respect for the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.
