Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineering Associate to provide critical support to our cross-functional integration team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate visibility over technical baselines and ensuring the Program Office is well-equipped to manage complex systems., * Manage requirements traceability matrices using industry-standard tools to ensure seamless data exchange between stakeholders

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of system models and diagrams to support senior engineering teams

  • Capture technical action items, risks, and configuration changes at Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Attollo has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the defense industry (internships or co-op experiences also considered)

  • Proficiency with engineering modeling or requirements management software

  • Willingness to learn and adapt DoW acquisition and systems engineering processes

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both uniformed leadership and civilian engineering teams

  • Must have an active US SECRET security clearance with eligibility to TS/SCI

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or a related technical discipline

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to obtain a final US SECRET security clearance with eligibility to TS/SCI prior to beginning work. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) may be required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

  • This position requires travel (10-15%).

Benefits & conditions

$45 - $58 per hour
