IT Service Management/IT Asset Management - Governance and Controls

Will support processes within that space - will also work with other governance areas - support communication of process including metrics and senior leadership communication.

Things are not fully defined - must be comfortable stepping into complex, not well defined spaces

Must have strong communication skills

Rearchitecting some processes - trying to ensure they have accurate data within their repository.

Ensure processes that lead into ServiceNow are effective - areas include architecture, software owner teams, data governance.

Strong experience with workflows

Data analysis will be key - need to understand if things are missing from a data point of view - identify and quantify that.

Experience with ServiceNow is preferred - it is a key platform

ServiceNow modules: service management and asset management, change, CMDB

Prior experience with banking would be a plus.

Looking for a BA background in IT/governance

Project is expected to go through the end of the year, potential for extension.

Applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge.
