Mobile Device Platform Engineer (Workspace ONE / AirWatch

We're hiring a Mobile Device Platform Engineer to help manage and scale a large, enterprise-grade mobile ecosystem supporting tens of thousands of devices across critical operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys platform engineering, automation, and large-scale device management in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize a Workspace ONE (AirWatch) MDM platform
• Support tens of thousands of mobile devices across global operations
• Deploy and monitor applications, including scheduled/overnight releases
• Automate workflows and integrations using REST APIs
• Manage device configurations, profiles, and security policies
• Ensure stability for business-critical systems, including POS devices

• Experience with Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or similar MDM tools
• Strong understanding of mobile device lifecycle management
• Experience with API automation and integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot and support large-scale device environments

Nice to Have

• Mobile development exposure (iOS, Android, Flutter)
• Experience in high-availability or revenue-impacting environments
