As a FileCloud Administrator, you will manage and support enterprise file collaboration platforms and related cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations across virtual desktop and storage environments. You will provide hands on administration, user support, and troubleshooting while helping maintain seamless access and performance across cloud based systems., * Administer and support FileCloud platform, including user onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting.
