What awaits you?

• IT Service Delivery and coordination of IT Support.
• Solutions assessment, IT technical advisory.
• Coordination of IT Project, IT Change Requests and IT Project Releases.
• Coordination, supporting of bug fixes, Major Incident coordination.
• IT Vendor steering incl. KPIs, SLA control and collaboration.
• Service budget control incl. IT Vendor control and settlements.
• Work and with tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, Xray.

• University degree in IT or similar.
• Professional experience in the field of IT Service Delivery/Management.
• Knowledge of incident management tools e.g. Service Now.
• Familiar with IT Security.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English [minimum B1, B2 or higher preferred], oral and written.
• Problem solving skills, "can do" attitude.
