Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated FVEY Integration Officer to join our team. Candidate will oversee Knowledge Management & Content Coordination, FVEY Engagements Coordination, and DIA CO-lead's Executive Support., Knowledge Management
- Develop/maintain organizations FVEY space on Confluence
- Maintain KM sites on US/FVEY sites, with graphics team
FVEY engagements
- Coordinate/host two events annually
- Organize periodic FVEY meetings as required
- Represent DIA with multi-agency representatives at meetings
- Manage travel arrangements for DIA co-lead; and travel to support all events
Reports
- Compile project catalog
- Year end report
- Program overview briefing
DIA Co-Lead Executive support
- Manage co-leads calendar, collaborate with partners at other IC agencies
- Manage STS travel arrangements for co-lead
- Manage local, national, and international travel for co-leads (all aspects -- DTS, clearances, etc.), The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires employers to identify the essential functions of a position to determine whether an individual is qualified. Requirements
- 10 years of experience providing support as described in the responsibilities above and a Bachelor's degree
- Develops and enhances collaborative, positive partnerships with IC/DOW leadership to drive efforts to identify/create strategies to address needs, challenges, or advance corporate goals
- Independently anticipates, sets, and meets priorities
- Experience collaborating across IC and DoW on cross agency initiatives
- Proactively works to ensure continuous transfer of knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and MS Office
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience working with US commands, * Ability to work onsite in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment, as required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with government customers, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to solutions in a mission-driven environment
- Ability to support planning, risk identification, and improvement initiatives
- Ability to follow established processes and contribute to problem-solving efforts
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Ability to comply with all security requirements, including handling classified information in secure environments

Education Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience. Four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for a degree.
