Job description
As a Senior TIBCO Developer, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance integration solutions using TIBCO technologies and DevOps practices. You will be a valued member of the Integration & Middleware team and work collaboratively with engineering teams, shared services stakeholders, DevOps teams, and infrastructure partners.
In this role, you will: Help design and implement scalable integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and Rendezvous to support critical enterprise workflows.
Develop and optimize messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance communication across distributed systems.
Implement DevOps practices by building automated CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO services in hybrid environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, improving system stability and minimizing downtime.
Enhance platform performance and observability through tuning, monitoring, logging, and proactive alerting. What you need to have to be considered
Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control?, 6+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, Rendezvous, and TIBCO Administrator.
Strong experience with DevOps practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
Deep understanding of integration patterns, messaging systems, and service-oriented architecture.
Proven ability to troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root cause analysis in enterprise environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in hybrid and distributed teams. These will help you stand out
Experience working in engineering, construction, or shared services domains.
Exposure to hybrid cloud and data center integration environments.
Experience implementing observability frameworks and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance standards for integration.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and reducing technical debt.
