Job description

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Junior Applications Developer to work within our Software Solutions practice. The main purpose of this position will be to assist in the development and maintenance of various business applications across multiple platforms including .NET and the rest of the Microsoft application suite. This position will involve collaboration between different working units to meet client needs.

Your Impact

  • Work closely with clients and project teams and application service developers and must be fluent in the Agile framework.

  • Ability to field client requests and communicate any shifting priority items to the rest of the team.

  • Design and develop user interfaces that influence branding and overall good look and feel for custom web applications and commercially off the shelf products, including SharePoint.

  • Ability to confidently work inside metadata stores and assist with monthly reporting functions.

  • Assist with supporting visual electronic workflows related to Contract Administration

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • 0-1 years development experience with ASP.NET/C#, MVC, Blazor, Node, Typescript

  • Must have good communication and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related technical degree.

  • Certifications in a related field with implementation experience.

  • Microsoft Development certifications or Microsoft application administration certifications., The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
