Job description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across YouTube to identify, develop, and long-term user experience and product strategies for youth safety and new investments.
- Apply problem-solving expertise to understand and develop product solutions for youth safety challenges and YouTube's newest investments.
- Design UX frameworks and service models that clarify the solution space and address safety challenges facing the platform.
- Engage directly with product owners to prioritize and implement safer features, ensuring new products are safe for the community.
- Influence and guide adjacent design efforts by partnering with a variety of stakeholders to provoke new thinking on critical safety issues.

Requirements
Do you have experience in User flows?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience with Trust and Safety, Design Strategy, or Interaction Design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience with online responsibility and safety issues, and working with nascent technologies to identify audiences and use cases.
- Experience working with business and operations teams to understand drivers and find common ground between requirements.
- Experience communicating complex interaction concepts clearly to various audiences across organizational levels.
