Management Consultant to help drive adoption, readiness, and engagement

across complex initiatives.

This role focuses on practical, data-driven change execution-ensuring teams understand what's changing, why

it matters, and how to successfully adopt new ways of working.

What You'll Do

Change Execution &

Adoption

  • Lead change management activities aligned to major program milestones
  • Assess and track organizational readiness, adoption, and engagement
  • Translate complex business and technical changes into clear, actionable messaging

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify impacted teams and assess level of change impact
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, business leaders, and frontline teams
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and delivery teams, ensuring feedback flows both ways

Communication & Change

Strategy

  • Execute and refine targeted communication plans
  • Reinforce the "why" behind change to drive buy-in and reduce change fatigue
  • Ensure messaging reaches all impacted groups-no gaps or silos

Data-Driven Change

Management

  • Design and run readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and adoption metrics
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform change strategies
  • Integrate findings into project plans and milestone tracking

Program & Tool

Integration

  • Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors
  • Work within tools such as Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, and Confluence
  • Participate in frequent project syncs and discovery sessions

Change Leadership & Coaching

  • Support leaders in managing resistance and sustaining adoption
  • Coach leaders on how to guide their teams through change

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering change on medium to large initiatives
  • Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter (certification a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working within a PMO or large program environment
  • Organized, proactive, and able to operate independently

Hands-on change delivery on medium/large initiatives, not just advisory support

Able to support Action Team Lead/change champion reinforcement (clear expectations, cadence, practical guidance)

Organized, proactive, and able to operate independently after a short ramp-up

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
