Director, HR Systems Products

Insight Global is seeking a Director of HR Systems Products to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of its enterprise HR technology ecosystem. This role owns platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom HR applications, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization. This leader will sit at the intersection of HR, Technology, and Business Strategy, ensuring systems are aligned to business outcomes while enhancing the employee experience.

• 12+ years in HR technology / HRIS
• SAP SuccessFactors experience or similar
• Enterprise scale implementation leadership
• SDLC + Agile /Scrum Fluency
• Executive stakeholder management experience Transformation mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Cruise / logistics / airline / industry experience
• Consulting background
• PMP / SAFe certification
• Custom HR application experience Salesforce or similar platforms
