Manage assigned security resources to ensure compliance with all applicable security directives.

Maintain classified document control/accountability of classified media shipped and received, to include handling, storing, safekeeping and record keeping requirements.

Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings. Update security personnel access lists and databases accordingly.

Submission of all required accounting reports and complete actions related to semi-annual and annual audits/inspections.

Assist with implementing Security Education and Media Control Plan and with implementing local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and Subcontractor DD Form 254, etc.

Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations.

Prepare directives and manuals implementing regulations. Conduct administrative inquiries related to possible security incidents and document results.

Prepare Inquiry Reports on security infractions/violations and specifying preventive action to be taken.

Participate in the Security team meetings to share, review, analyze, modify, implement, and evaluate lessons learned on new or existing security processes or requirements.

Respond to all security related matters involving their area of responsibility and prepares, presents, records, disseminates, tracks, provides feedback and ensures closure of any security action item, initiative, issue, potential risk or change.
Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Secret Clearance is required day one.

Must be a U.S. Citizen, with a current Secret U.S. government security clearance, and able to obtain a Top-Secret U. S. government security clearance within six months of employment.

Thorough working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and Supplements, COMSEC Manual 3-16 and ISLs. Working knowledge of DISS and NISS

Experience in conducting Security Investigations/Administrative Inquiries and interviewing employees for security infractions/violations. Working knowledge of DD254s, prime and subs to include writing, editing, and issuing sub DD254s.

Prior experience in Industrial Security and COMSEC, working in a manufacturing environment.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently across a program landscape
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with writing various Program Security Plans (e.g. SOP, SPP, TCP, CI, OPSEC, etc.).

Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database.

Knowledge of Resolver Incident Management tracking database. Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.

Completion of the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities IS030.CU curriculum located on the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA) Security Training, Education and Professionalization Portal (STEPP).

- And more!, The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
