Job description

Looking for an HR Business Analyst / HR Operations Support professional to support benefits administration, HR shared services, HRIS operations, and reporting activities. The role involves handling HR inquiries, maintaining HR data accuracy, supporting audits and compliance, and generating reports for HR leadership., Benefits & Retirement Administration

  • Support benefits enrolment and payroll reconciliations
  • Manage reporting and documentation for 401(k), HSA, and FSA plans
  • Assist with audits, Form 5500 reporting, and vendor coordination

HR Shared Services Support

  • Act as Tier 1 HR support contact for employee inquiries
  • Handle HR cases through Deskpro or similar systems
  • Escalate and track complex HR issues

HRIS & Data Management

  • Support HRIS configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Perform data validation and maintain system accuracy
  • Assist with system access reviews and compliance activities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create HR reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests
  • Generate monthly and quarterly HR metrics reports

Preferred Skills

  • Power BI or Tableau experience
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and audit processes
  • Experience supporting HR operations in enterprise environments

Requirements

  • Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with HR case management systems
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong Excel reporting and analytics skills
