Job description
- Serve asprimarypoint of contact for ICDS sales activities, includingnew sales, renewals, and storage services
- Respond to complex client inquiries across faculty, researchers, administrators, and staff.
- Assess client needs and recommendappropriate ICDSservices and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and service recommendations.
- Maintain client relationships and support long-term service engagement.
- Lead client relationship management activities, including reporting and record maintenance.
- Act aspointof contact for all ICDS sales fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate with financial, administrative, and technical teams to ensuretimelyfulfillment.
- Facilitate new client onboarding, including account setup, access management, and documentation.
- Lead READ seed credit processes, including Tier 1 requests and support for Tier 2 and 3 requests.
- Manage fulfillment activities for ICDS seed programs.
- Serve aspointof contact for client business support tickets.
- Resolve level 1 technical support issues; coordinate escalations as needed.
- Identifyprocess improvement opportunities to enhance client experience.
- Support external engagement with industry partners and sponsors.
- Represent ICDS at Penn State events and outreach activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of ICDS services and computing resources.
Requirements
- Experience in professional sales, client services, or account management across varied audiences, including students, faculty, and administrators
- Experience serving as a primary client liaison
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Ability to work with complex computing and storage services
Demonstrated skill sets include:
- Strong client relationship management
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of high-performance computing or similar environments
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Cross-functional coordination
- First-level problem resolution
- Strong attention to detail
- Process improvement capability
Multilingual capabilities are a big plus, as they help strengthen client support and expand accessibility., Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None

Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $51,000.00 - $74,000.00.
