Job description
The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, GIS teams, and technical teams to support requirement gathering, process documentation, testing coordination, reporting, and operational improvements., Business Analysis & Project Coordination
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Create user stories, workflow diagrams, business process maps, and process documentation.
- Support project managers with project tracking, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, status reporting, and communication across business and technical teams.
GIS & Digital Transformation Support
- Support enterprise GIS and utility technology initiatives.
- Assist with workflow management, backlog tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and QA activities.
- Support operational process improvement and digital transformation projects.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare SOPs, presentations, reports, and training documentation.
- Create workflow/process diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, business users, and technical teams.
Data & Technical Support
- Assist with data migration, validation, and automation initiatives.
- Support enterprise repositories and records management activities.
- Work with SQL queries, databases, and reporting tools as needed.
- Participate in process automation and technology implementation efforts.
Requirements

This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills who are eager to grow within enterprise technology and utility operations environments., * Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in:

- Internship or co-op experience within a utility environment preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
