Job description
Mosaic is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer (.NET) to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a senior-level developer who enjoys building scalable applications, mentoring developers, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving technical strategy.
You'll lead the development and maintenance of enterprise software solutions including .NET applications, API integrations, middleware services, and modernization initiatives across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and React Native Support integrations between on-premise, cloud, and SaaS systems Participate in Agile software development lifecycle activities Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards & best practices Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions Mentor junior developers and support team growth Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions Contribute to application architecture, roadmap planning, and modernization efforts Support deployment, rollouts, updates, and ongoing maintenance
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience with .NET development Strong experience with modern web technologies Experience designing scalable enterprise applications Ability to collaborate with business teams and build technical strategies Leadership and mentoring experience preferred Experience in regulated industries such as HIPAA, FERPA, or PCI is a plus
