The Opportunity: Join a premier energy and utilities cooperative that serves as the critical operational backbone for nearly 40 power corporations across Georgia. We are partnering with their specialized technology group to find a heavy-hitting M365 Solutions Architect. In this role, you will lead the enterprise migration from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online. This isn't just a backend technical role; you will act as an internal consultant, designing modern workplace solutions, driving stakeholder engagement, and translating complex business problems into elegant M365 workflows. If you have a "Big 4" consulting mindset, a passion for the evolving Microsoft ecosystem, and the polish to advise senior executives, this is a highly visible opportunity to transform how a critical infrastructure company operates., * Solution Design & Architecture: Act as the go-to SME for all things M365. Consult with various business units to solve operational problems using SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

  • SharePoint Migration & Build: Drive the migration from legacy SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online. Build and edit SharePoint sites, manage complex permission models, and design robust metadata architectures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather, refine, and document business requirements. Translate technical realities to non-technical business leaders and vice-versa. Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate documentation and secure stakeholder sign-off.
  • End-User Support (15%): Provide high-level support and troubleshooting. This may range from standard break-fix issues to completely rebuilding legacy tools using modern technology.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay at the bleeding edge of Microsoft's daily changes and updates to recommend the best possible long-term solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System development?, * Consulting Mindset: Previous experience in enterprise consulting (e.g., EY, Deloitte, PwC) or a strong background as a Solution/Business Architect is highly preferred.

  • M365 Mastery: Deep, hands-on configuration experience with Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint Online, Teams, and Loop.
  • Exceptional Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence. You must be able to navigate different corporate lexicons, translate requirements patiently without frustration, and collaborate smoothly without being combative.
  • Agility & Patience: Ability to pivot seamlessly between high-level architecture diagrams, executive presentations, and hands-on site editing or user support.
