Principle UX Designer (Nashua, NH area) W2 Only

• 8+ years of professional UX or related design experience
• Strong background in asset management or financial applications
• Proven ability to design for high-data-density environments, specifically in finance
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Experience working within agile teams and utilizing research to inform design decisions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Programming knowledge in CSS, HTML, Angular, Typescript
• Experience contributing to or influencing a design system
• A digital portfolio showcasing relevant financial UX work
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Degree in Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors, or a related field
• Extensive experience designing data-rich financial dashboards and interfaces
• Prior experience with design systems and responsive frontend design
