Requirements

  • 8+ years of BA experience in IT Governance / ITSM / IT Asset Management

  • Strong experience with ITSM governance, controls, workflows, and process re-architecture

  • Experience working in undefined / complex environments

  • Strong communication and leadership reporting skills

  • Strong data analysis and data governance experience

  • Experience identifying gaps in repositories / CMDB / asset data

  • Hands-on exposure with ServiceNow preferred

  • ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, Change Management, CMDB

  • Experience working with architecture teams, software owners, and governance stakeholders

  • Banking / Financial domain experience is a plus Need genuine consultants only with:
