Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join a long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level Pega solutions with hands-on architecture and development experience., * Design and develop enterprise-level Pega solutions

  • Lead technical architecture discussions and provide design guidance
  • Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Review code and ensure best practices are followed
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall Pega experience
  • Strong experience as Pega Lead System Architect / Pega Architect
  • Pega LSA certification preferred
  • Experience with Pega PRPC, workflows, case management, integrations, and application design
  • Strong experience with Pega design patterns, services, connectors, APIs, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Banking / Payments domain experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
