Cyber Security Analyst

AaraTech Inc is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst to support security operations, threat monitoring, and risk management initiatives. In this role, you will assist with protecting organizational systems, networks, and data by identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring threats, and supporting incident response activities. You will work closely with IT, security teams, and business units to ensure a strong security posture. This role is ideal for early-career professionals building a foundation in cyber security., * Support monitoring of security systems and alerts (SIEM tools)

• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents
• Perform vulnerability assessments and basic risk analysis
• Support implementation of security controls and policies
• Analyze logs and detect suspicious activities
• Assist with compliance checks and security audits
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to strengthen infrastructure security
• Maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records

• 1 2 years of experience in cyber security, IT security, or related field
• Basic understanding of network security and security concepts
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, antivirus solutions)
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Understanding of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 is a plus)
• Exposure to cloud security concepts (AWS preferred)
