Operations Leadership Governance ServiceNow, Stage Gate Corporate Finance Demand Management Influencing Skills Business Valuation Cycle Time Variation Full Stack Development Stakeholder Management Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Critical Illness Insurance Apptio (Financial Software) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), We're looking for someone to lead and improve how infrastructure work gets prioritized and approved across IT teams. This person will manage the intake process, run governance meetings, and ensure the right infrastructure initiatives move forward based on business needs and capacity.

What You'll Do

• Manage intake for infrastructure demand (network, systems, cloud, etc.)
• Run governance/stage-gate meetings and drive decisions
• Ensure requests meet standards and are properly prioritized
• Track pipeline health (cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks)
• Handle escalations and document decisions
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership
• Partner with business, finance, and infrastructure teams

• 7+ years in IT demand management, PMO, or governance (infrastructure-focused)
• Experience running intake or stage-gate processes
• Strong stakeholder management (including leadership)
• Experience working with KPIs/metrics and reporting
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Clarity, Apptio, or Jira

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $56.00/hr.
