L3 Monitoring Analyst

• Knowledge of Production support with more than 2 years of experience in handling java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, RESTful services and UI Framework Applications
• Ability to handle infrastructure and application related alerts/alarms and resolving tickets.
• Prioritize alerts based on severity and type.
• Experience debugging sophisticated problems/ issues. Perform root cause analysis.
• Systematic and timely communication to Partners across various channels based on severity of the issue.
• Experience in using APM tools like Elastic-Kiabna-Splunk-Dynatrace.
• 24x7 monitoring support, with shift of 40hr/week.
• Work with Customer s Third-Party service providers and vendors in support of incident management and problem management for resolution.
• Prior DB experience with SQL/Orace/Mongo is an advantage
• Fast learner of new technologies and tools.
