Job description
- Hands-on Frontend Integration: Collaborate with UI Engineering teams to embed real time conversational AI interfaces into diverse enterprise Agent Desktop applications (e.g., Salesforce SFDC, Genesys Cloud, Twilio, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9).
- Technical Challenge Resolution: Address front-end complexities related to performance, high availability, low latency and scalability to ensure real time UI suggestions render seamlessly.
- Product Incubation & Feedback Loop: Stress-test features in real world customer environments and directly bring user challenges back to Google Cloud Product and Engineering teams to improve the core product and shape future roadmaps.
- Scalable Asset Creation: Author comprehensive UI integration playbooks and architectural best practices to turn bespoke client implementations into repeatable global scaling motions.
- Ecosystem Optimization: Refine and build "turn-key" platform connectors (e.g., via Canvas applications or AppExchange packages) to streamline customer onboarding and drastically reduce integration timelines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional Experience: 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Full-stack Expertise: 5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development and API development, including strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Python.
- Web Standards & Security: Deep familiarity with web standards and web security constructs, including iFrames, browser contexts, Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS), and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) mitigation.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Practical familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) foundations and serverless/container architectures.
Preferred Qualifications -
- CRM & Telephony Platform Mastery: Experience with Salesforce SFDC development background, including adding Canvas applications to Salesforce or utilizing the Salesforce Service Cloud Voice API.
- Agent Desktop Applications: Direct proven experience integrating with major contact center operations, telephony platforms and agent desktops such as Genesys WWE/Cloud, Twilio, Flex, Zendesk, NICE, Five9, Cisco and Avaya.
- Component Orchestration: Deep familiarity with Web Components and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Consultative & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multi-stakeholders technical projects, translate complex AI logic into business value and maintain strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
