This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who spends the majority of their time delivering-leading projects, solving problems with the business, and ensuring systems actually enable how work gets done.
We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Applications who has helped organizations scale and understands how business systems must evolve as complexity increases.
You will own the strategy, but more importantly, you will own execution-driving delivery across the enterprise tools that power Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations. Your mandate is clear: ensure the systems, workflows, and data that run the business are reliable, connected, and built to scale.
What You Will Do - Deliver Systems That Actually Enable Business
You will lead from the front-owning delivery while shaping direction:
- Own and improve cross-functional business processes (quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire) with clear performance outcomes
- Lead day-to-day execution of business system initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Act as product owner for core enterprise platforms, making real-time prioritization and trade-off decisions with stakeholders
- Partner directly with business leaders to solve operational challenges through system and workflow improvements
- Oversee enterprise SaaS tools that support business functions (finance, sales enablement, marketing, HR, operations, collaboration), ensuring performance and reliability
- Drive integration execution to ensure clean, consistent data flow across systems
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting that leaders trust to run the business
- Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements that increase speed and reduce manual work
- Lead team delivery, removing blockers, setting priorities, and ensuring high-quality execution
- Define and evolve the applications roadmap based on real business needs and delivery insights, * Own the systems that employees use every day to run the business

Requirements
- Proven experience owning and delivering SaaS-based tools that enable core business functions (finance, sales enablement, marketing, HR, operations)
- Track record of leading implementations, integrations, and system improvements, not just overseeing them
- Deep understanding of how systems support internal business operations in practice-not just theory
- Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, and data flows across cloud-based environments
- Experience leading teams while staying close to execution and delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into solutions and drive them through to completion
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills with a bias toward action and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes, not activity

- Experience with leading class tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools that improve internal business processes
- Background in SaaS or high-growth, service-led companies
- Experience improving data quality and reporting across multiple systems
- Relevant certifications or an advanced degree
Benefits & conditions
Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.
