Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering cutting-edge generative AI-driven applications and enterprise-grade ML solutions. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to bring AI-powered solutions to life.

In this role, you will: Design and develop AI-powered web applications using technologies such as.NET, React, and Python Build agentic AI solutions to automate software development lifecycle stages including requirement analysis, coding, testing, and deployment Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and leverage orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex Train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and integrate AI APIs into enterprise systems Develop ML models integrated with ASP.NET applications, including building C# APIs and REST/gRPC endpoints for inference Manage and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets to improve model quality and reduce bias Monitor and maintain AI solutions in production using LLMOps practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
