Job description
The Enterprise Reporting and Analytics (ERA) - Risk Data AVP reports to the Risk Domain Manager and is responsible for comprehensive analysis of financial and non-financial data for correctness and completeness for reporting consumption. The data and reports are critical to meet all control and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, in the centralized ERA function.
We are seeking detail-oriented data and analytical AVP to support the production, development and enhancement of data and risk reporting. This role will focus on delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making., * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks across various risk domains (e.g., Model, Operational, Compliance, Information)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of risk data across systems and reports
- Develop, maintain, and enhance data analytics dashboards and risk reports for internal stakeholders and senior management using Tableau and Power BI.
- Automate reporting processes and improve efficiency using data tools and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, IT, Compliance) to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
- Support regulatory reporting requirements and ensure adherence to applicable standards
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Document reporting processes, methodologies, and controls
- Assist in ad hoc analysis and special projects related to risk and data analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, financial data analysis and risk reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of risk management concepts and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Benefits & conditions
The typical base pay range for this role is as follows:
- Non-New York / New Jersey: $87k-$147k
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Our hybrid work schedule is four days on-site and work remotely one day per week.
