Job description

In the HR Technology Consultant role, you will deliver medium complexity talent technology projects with deep SME knowledge in up to 3 specific tools. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will focus on deploying talent acquisition technologies with integrations into mid-market and enterprise organizations. Our consultants enjoy the opportunities of working with many different organizations as well as being able to learn and maintain certification on multiple technologies., What you'll be doing:

  • Owns delivery of technology partner implementations or client technology implementations that require deep platform subject matter expertise (SME) in two to three talent technologies. Projects are typically single region deployments.
  • Deliver and project manage defined talent technology implementation projects, leveraging documentation, toolkits, and templates designed for the specific tool(s) being implemented.
  • Take accountability for all elements of the project, design, project management, testing, configuration, integration, and migrations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Plan project activities within overall project budget and timeline, managing scope and client expectations throughout the project.
  • Document configuration throughout design. Perform system configuration or work with colleagues to perform configuration.
  • Identify, quantify, and flag any risks and issues, working with client stakeholders to manage and mitigate.
  • Responsible for managing relationships and actively influencing project stakeholders, SME's, and technology partner stakeholders. Ensure operational and configuration decisions are facilitated to occur in line with the project requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Advise on technical integration capabilities, gather requirements, and liaison between client technical resources and the integration developers.
  • Collaborate with team members on best practices, support, and ideas for continuously exceeding client expectations.
  • Track and record time, achieving a utilization target of at least 75%.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * Hands-on implementation experience within HR technology or talent systems Proven experience with end-to-end implementations (kickoff configuration testing

  • go-live)
  • Strong system configuration and implementation expertise
  • Experience managing client relationships and guiding stakeholders through solution delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including handling escalations during implementation
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Solid project coordination experience
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence client stakeholders.
  • HR business process analysis.
  • Experience of previous deployment(s) of HR, ideally recruitment, workflow products.

Desirable

  • Experience in implementing or supporting ATS, CRM, VMS, and/or chatbot technologies. Example relevant tool experience includes: Avature, Beeline, Cornerstone, Fieldglass, HireVue, iCIMS, Phenom People, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Workday.
  • Experience of one or more project management methodologies.
  • Ability to design technical architecture, project plans, test scripts, migration mapping, and integration requirements for a single core technology.
  • Talent acquisition operations experience.

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration outside of New York is 88,000 -125,700 , and New york - 91,550 - 144,555 plus applicable benefits.
