Job description

  • Manage and oversee multiple complex projects within the organization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication.
  • Implement and optimize project management processes, including transitioning teams to JIRA and developing training materials.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking an IT Project Manager III to join their team. As an IT Project Manager III, you will be part of the Technology Infrastructure department supporting cross-organizational programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization., * High level of JIRA expertise (5+ years) working within complex environments, including Issue Collectors, reporting, and JQL.

  • Experience with Confluence site design, coding, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
