Job description
- Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions across core modules
- Develop flows, scripts, UI policies, IntegrationHub spokes, and upgrade-safe customizations
- Build and manage integrations with external providers, including SLAs, OLAs, contracts, and vendor coordination
- Establish and maintain governance for release cycles, data models, error handling, and security boundaries
- Apply security best practices and maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and continuously improve the platform
- Support platform adoption through demos, knowledge articles, training sessions, and performance analytics, * A key role in shaping a growing and evolving ServiceNow platform landscape
- Close collaboration with international stakeholders and diverse business areas
- High level of responsibility with room to influence standards, governance, and best practices
- A culture that values trust, knowledge sharing, and continuous development
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field
- Several years of hands-on experience developing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM and ideally also CSM
- Clear and structured communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-CSM are a strong advantage
- A self-organized, analytical, and goal-oriented working style in global virtual teams
- Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn in a fast-changing technology environment
- Strong English skills; German language skills are beneficial for collaboration in an international context
