Konzeption, Design, Implementierung und Dokumentation einer cloud-nativen engineering Plattform (Kubernetes-basiert)

Reduktion von Komplexität durch Einsatz von Plattformstandards und modularen Architekturen
Beratung bei der Integration in die bestehende mehrschichtige Plattformarchitektur
Enablement und Befähigung der Projektentwicklungsteams

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Packaging & Deployment von Microservices auf Kubernetes mit Helm (Chart-Struktur, Templates, Values, Hooks, Upgrades)
Sicherer Umgang mit Helm Best Practices: idempotente Deployments, sauberes Value-Schema, Secrets-Handling (z. B. External Secrets), Chart-Testing/Linting
Fundierte Kubernetes-Kenntnisse für produktive Deployments: RBAC, Ingress/Gateway, Service Discovery, Storage, Pod Security/Policies, Quotas/LimitRanges
Erfahrung mit GitOps und Argo CD (Application/Project-Konzept, App-of-Apps, Multi-Cluster/Environment-Setups, Sync-Waves/Health Checks)
Nachweisbare Praxis in der Absicherung von Deployments (Supply Chain, Image Policies/Scanning, Signierung/Provenance, Policy-as-Code z. B. OPA/Gatekeeper oder Kyverno)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Monitoring mit Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and OpenTelemetry
