Job description
Management and senior leadership bodies. * Define, own, and govern the global intercontinental returns operating model. * Set mandatory standards for process design, IT capabilities, partner setup, customs handling, and performance management. * Own the global business case and cost logic for intercontinental returns solutions. * Own and prioritize the global intercontinental returns roadmap. * Serve as primary advisor to Divisional and Functional Leadership on intercontinental returns. * Regularly present strategic updates, risks, and decision proposals to senior management. * Define global KPIs, targets, and governance mechanisms. Hold countries and functions accountable for compliance with global standards. Trigger escalation and corrective actions in case of non-compliance. Your profile Experience & Qualifications * At least 5+ years of experience in product management, logistics, supply chain, e-Commerce, or commercial logistics functions *, Experience working in international
Requirements
logistics or cross-border processes, is a must * Strong understanding of product design and operational flows, especially in the area of returns (domestic and cross-border) * Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field Skills & Competencies * Analytical skills & deep process understanding * Ability to lead complex cross-border and cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch * Strong commercial acumen * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus * Strong communication and presentation skills * Experience working in international and agile cross-cultural environments * High flexibility, solution-oriented mindset, and strong ownership * Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and process documentation (e.g., Visio, Miro) Your benefits In addition to an exciting and highly international working environment across continents, we offer you
