Job description

In this role, you will be a key part of the global IT organization and play a central role in shaping and advancing sales and service processes within SAP. You will contribute to the continuous development of the central SAP template and support its international roll-out across group companies. The position combines strategic responsibility with hands-on implementation and close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders worldwide., * Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of sales processes, starting in SAP C/4HANA and executed in SAP S/4HANA

  • Manage and optimize ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer service management tools and mobile applications
  • Analyze, design, and continuously improve customer service and sales processes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Define future-oriented solution strategies based on the latest SAP technologies in the area of sales processes
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external partners to maintain and enhance specialized customer service solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT by clarifying requirements and actively driving change initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth
  • Lead and manage IT projects with responsibility for scope, timeline, and successful delivery, * A key role with high impact on global SAP sales and service processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX solutions, especially in SD, PS, and customer service-related modules
  • Proven experience in ERP system management, optimization, and integration
  • Strong background in business process analysis, process improvement, and project management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally as part of a global role
