clearly communicate rationale to stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Preferred - Experience with IoT technology, BMS/EPMS systems, MQTT or other streaming/pub-sub protocols, and/or hardware-firmware integration in operational technology environments. - Familiarity with data center infrastructure concepts: power distribution, environmental monitoring, critical systems, and the operational workflows that depend on this data. - Experience with API gateway platforms, developer portals, and API monetization models (usage-based pricing, tiered SLAs, self-service provisioning).
