Job description

What You'll Work On - Support Tooling & Automation - Build internal tools (Ruby/Python) and integrations that reduce manual work such as auto-triage scripts, ticket enrichers, self-service runbooks, or operational dashboards. - Observability & Insights - Design dashboards and alerts on top of our payments data (Sumo Logic, Jira, MySQL, MongoDB) to surface recurring issues, escalation patterns, or SLA risks before they become incidents. - AI-Augmented Support - Help push the boundaries of how Application Support uses AI, from automated investigation agents to AI-assisted ticket categorization and knowledge-base generation. - Root-Cause Engineering - Pair with the team on recurring production issues - from data inconsistencies in the global ledger to integration failures with banking partners - and ship fixes end-to-end with Engineering squads. Requirements

Engineering, AI, or Data Science (or related fields such as Mathematics and Informatics Engineering), Tech Foundations - Comfortable with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript). Curiosity about how distributed systems, APIs, and databases behave in production is more important than years of experience. - The Support Mindset - Enjoy debugging more than greenfield coding; ask "why is this happening?" until you reach the real answer, and care about both technical fixes and the end user. - Communication - Fluency in Spanish and strong command of English to collaborate with global teams, partner with Engineering, and write clear, empathetic responses to stakeholders. - Bonus - Exposure to FinTech, payments, observability tools (Sumo Logic, Datadog, Grafana), or ticketing systems (Jira) is appreciated.
