Required Expertise - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and administration within large enterprises. - Proven expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Strong knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity management. - Solid understanding of M365 licensing models, governance, and app integration. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management. - Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security & Compliance Center (preferred). - Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). - Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles. - Background in hybrid deployment, migration strategies, and enterprise-level support. - Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
