Full Stack Developer Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a high-caliber Full Stack Developer Specialist to join a leading global banking institution in Málaga. The candidate will bridge robust backend architecture with modern frontend interfaces, leveraging the latest AI-driven development tools. Role Overview The role is part of the TC-Banking area and reports to the Request Manager, Luis Reyes Gonzalez. It focuses on delivering scalable, microservices-based solutions within a Java and Angular technology stack. Key Responsibilities - End-to-end Development: Design, develop, and deploy complex applications using Java and Angular. - Architecture: Implement and maintain scalable systems within a microservices architecture. - Database Management: Optimize and manage relational data using SQL and PostgreSQL. - AI Integration: Use AI toolsets such as Devin to streamline the development lifecycle and increase delivery velocity. - Collaboration: Act as a proactive team player, solving technical debt and functional challenges. Qualifications Technical Expertise - Java Specialist: 5+ years of commercial experience with the Java stack and Spring framework. - Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of TypeScript and Angular. - Architecture: Proven experience with microservices. - Data Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL. - AI Literacy (Crucial): Practical knowledge of AI toolsets and autonomous AI agents, especially Devin. Professional Skills - Education/Experience: Solid grasp of the end-to-end software development process (SDLC). - Language: Fluent English (MUST). - Mindset: Team player with excellent communication, proactive troubleshooting, and problem-solving mindset. Nice-to-Have - Experience with Stencil for creating web components. - Knowledge of test automation and QA methodologies. - Functional understanding of securitization or other complex financial instruments.
