Key Responsibilities: - Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Branch Channels platform, defining and prioritizing capabilities for Branch servicing workflows, operational processes, Customer View, Appointment and Visit Management, Device Management, Queue and shift management. - Collaborate with country programs to (1) understand branch operational needs, (2) identify reusable global capabilities, (3) evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities. - Translate business and operational needs into Functional definitions, User stories and servicing requirements for the IT teams. - Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management. - Define and evolve operational use cases related to Customer onboarding, Teller and cashier operations, Appointment management, Device integration within branches, Customer identification and authentication, Branch productivity
Requirements
and operational efficiency - Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira. Mandatory requirements: - Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Branch Banking or Omnichannel servicing solutions. - Strong understanding of Branch Banking operations, Customer servicing environments and Operational KPIs. - Experience translating business requirements into Product backlog items. - Experience working with operational and technical teams in Agile delivery environments. - Strong understanding of customer interaction workflows, branch servicing processes and omnichannel operations. - Drive functional alignment across stakeholders.
