Job Description We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Consultant to support the design, implementation, and continuous update of our AI governance operating model. The selected candidate will act as a bridge between regulatory developments, industry trends, and our internal processes, ensuring that our frameworks are prepared to meet both internal and external reporting requirements. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the latest developments in regulations, laws, and policies related to AI at the European and international levels (e.g., the EU AI Act, EBA guidelines). - Participating in industry events, forums, and networking activities to stay up to date with market best practices and innovations. - Working closely with the Regulatory Radar and Public Policy teams to translate external insights into internal requirements. - Maintaining and updating the AI governance operating model, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards. - Supporting the preparation of internal and external regulatory reporting. - Contributing to the development of policies and frameworks that promote the responsible and sustainable adoption of AI. Qualifications Required - At least 8 years of experience in data and artificial intelligence projects. - Experience in Data-related policies and procedures. - Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, with a strong interest in their legal, regulatory, and ethical implications. - Advanced level of English (C1 or higher). - Experience in the area and knowledge of different business areas and fields (banking, risk, GTB, etc.). - Proactive and inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends. - Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
