Junior ERP Consultant

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
• Diagnose issues escalated by users and collaborate with our D365FO provider to resolve technical problems.
• Work closely with key users and external consultants to propose system improvements and optimize processes across different areas such as Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and Production.
• Test system changes and updates to ensure quality and stability.
• Coordinate the deployment of new releases in testing and production environments.

International ERP Implementations

• Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 FO in subsidiaries across different countries.
• Review and analyze requirements for new implementations.
• Provide support during ERP rollouts, both remotely and on-site when required.
• Share best practices and support subsidiaries in adopting standardized processes.

Other Systems & Integrations

• Provide technical support and maintenance for systems integrated with D365FO, including:
• Intranet (PHP, MySQL)
• HubSpot CRM
• Internal Apps
• Magento eCommerce platform
• Ensure proper integration and communication between systems to maintain operational efficiency.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Around 1-2 years of experience in an IT department, consulting company, or ERP support environment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, external partners, and international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Exposure to ERP systems, integrations, or business applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies or cloud environments is appreciated
• Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
