Job Description Summary: We're looking for a young IT Specialist to be included in our NUO Delivering and Support team, the platform designed and developed by Vector Renewables to digitalize asset management of renewables power plants. Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties - Being involved in ticketing management, giving support to users where required. - Follow up on all daily procedures to monitor the data integrity and the stability of the data acquisition system. - Interact with third-party support, such as site managers, manufacturer support services, or O&M contacts to inform or solve issues that arise on the facilities. - Participate in daily, weekly, and other recurring meetings related to activities scheduling and delivering in sprints according to Agile methodology. - Review and update the procedures and documents related to system usability and provide direct support in training sessions when necessary. - Setup new projects and meet with customers for follow-up and information retrieval meetings. Key Requirements - Bachelor or Master Degree in IT Engineering, or IT Science. - IT Skills: High level of MS Office, Networking understanding, Relational databases (SQL, Postgre, etc.), Rest APIs. Non-relational databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDb, etc.) are considered a plus. - Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (C1), Italian and/or Japanese are a plus. - Team-oriented mindset, being proactive and passionate about technology, ready to learn something new every day. - Programming languages Python, .NET are considered a plus. - Awareness of main topics related to Renewables is considered a plus. - Knowledge and experience during studies in working according to Agile methodology is considered a plus. - Knowledge about SCADAs, distributed communication, and renewable energy facilities is considered a plus.
